Outreach

The Nations

Every church needs a world-wide ministry. We may meet locally but we have to pray, think and act globally. Jesus didn’t leave his disciples with the option of remaining parochial in their ambitions; they followed him to the ends of the earth.

We believe in prayer and we believe in reaching out – to our communities and beyond. We want to invest in taking the gospel of grace to nations.

For now, our main focus is on what we can do right on our doorstep. But increasingly we will be exploring more international links and opportunities to reach far beyond ourselves.

We support local outreaches through prayer, financially (through our regular giving), with people, and (where appropriate) by providing food – baking cakes etc!

Sports Sponsorship

We sponsor Jonathan Hotchkiss, a professional Triathlete and a key member of the team at The Sanctuary, helping support Jonathan as a missionary into the world of professional sports as he trains with the goal of Olympic glory (all for His glory) in 2012! Triathlon is currently the fastest growing sport in the UK and, at an amateur level, is becoming hugely popular in this area of Surrey
